Chakra Absorbing Techniques: Jutsu that absorb chakra must be, at minimum, B-rank. B-rank jutsu are allowed to sap the chakra out of a person. A-rank jutsu are allowed to absorb the chakra out of your opponents jutsu, dispelling them, but without adding to its own power. S-rank jutsu are allowed to absorb the chakra out of your opponents jutsu, dispelling them while also increasing their own power. You may have 1 chakra absorbing jutsu at each rank, 1 B, 1 A, and 1 S for three total and each may only be used once per battle.
