Kekkei Genkai

The Kekkei Genkai of the Raikon Clan stems from the combined power of the founding members; Shin Raikon and Kasumi Hyuuga. The members of this clan have an exceptional ability to release and control their chakra at its most basic form, allowing them to craft it into weapons or tools on the fly. People adept with control over their bloodline can do things from creating large weapons, creating projectiles, or even creating last-minute defenses.

History

The story of the Raikon Clan goes back to it's founder, a Samurai by the name of Shin Raikon. He was a stubborn man stuck in his ways, fresh from the war and refusing to let go of old grudges. It wasn't until a Hyuuga had saved his life after the formation of Eclipse Village that there were cracks in his hard exterior and he fell deeply in love. Together the two would form a clan within the village that would boast not only the name of Samurai but of Shinobi as well, adopting the beliefs of the village's Founding Fathers. In the coming years the family became a prominent name within the village, providing several warriors that made the village proud with their exploits. Things were fine within the clan until the birth of Hitomi, Kamui and Tomii Raikon, a trio of siblings born to different branches of the family. When they came of full age and began to find others, Tomii was the first giving birth to a boy that may come to be the next heir to the family. Jealously fueled Kamui waiting until his nephew was only fourteen years old and taking his life. A battle ensued between the siblings before Kamui was driven away and struck from the family tree, being disowned. With the death of Rusaku, this left Hitomi's firstborn child as the next heir to the Main Branch. It's said that while none of the siblings ever forgot this encounter, they eventually moved on; Tomii eventually had a set of twins and Kamui is rumored to have settled down to have a child of his own.

Main Branch and Side Branches are located in Eclipse, disowned members can be found out in the world.

Status

Open, with limitations. Main Branch members need permission to be made but Side Brain and Disowned Members may be made.
